Announcement on Adjustment to Industry Classification
of the Shanghai Urban Agro-business CO., Ltd
and Constituents of CSI 300 sector indices

Since Hai Tong Securities was merged and acquired by Shanghai Urban Agro-business CO., Ltd (600837), CSI announces the following changes to the industry classification of the Shanghai Urban Agro-business Company and constituents of CSI300 sector indices:
The industry classification of Shanghai Urban Agro-business CO. Ltd will be changed from consumer staples to financials. And according to the sector indices methodology, the Shanghai Urban Agro-business CO. Ltd will be deleted from the CSI300 Consumer Staples index and included in the CSI300 Financials index on July 11, 2007.
